Well, don't go for it. It's a cockroach home (of various types). Property has active infestation, we couldn't spend there more than 5 hours. In the meantime cockroach sat on me, sat on my spouse and we killed ~5-10 of them. Spend the money you've stolen on disassembling the kitchen, doing pest control and assembling back. Furniture and facilities can be old, but the place must not be unsanitary. That's it. On the photo you can see exactly what you will find, and this is just a fraction (all anti-pest sprays are completely empty btw :DDD, so you've got an idea). Also, locker password as a room number is just hilarious in terms of safety, good luck living with a single key if there are more than 1 tennant. Pricing in BGC works as: - you pay ~30$ no matter how good the property is - + 40$ if you don't want to live with cockroach - + 20$ if you don't want to suffer from noise This is just crazy.
